We recommend following these general aftercare guidelines for all quartz, granite, marble and porcelain surfaces supplied and installed by our team.

Clean surfaces regularly using warm water and a soft microfibre cloth to maintain their appearance.
Maintenance
Simple routine care and regular cleaning will help preserve the beauty of your surfaces for many years.
Spill Protection
Wipe spills promptly to minimise residue build-up and help protect the surface finish.
Chopping Boards
We recommend using chopping boards during food preparation to help preserve the surface.
Heat Protection
Use heat protection where possible and avoid placing extremely hot cookware directly onto the surface.
Harsh Chemicals
Avoid abrasive pads, bleach, acidic cleaners and strong solvent-based products.
Joint Care
Maintain joints and surrounding areas with routine cleaning and general care.
Heavy Impact
Avoid any excessive force or impact around sinks, hobs and exposed edge profiles.

Our 5 Year Workmanship Warranty provides added confidence and covers fabrication and installation work carried out directly by our team.

Warranty Conditions

This warranty applies only where installation has been completed directly by Creative Quartz & Granite and the surfaces have been used under normal residential conditions.

    • Care and maintenance guidelines must be followed
    • The surfaces must remain in their original installed location
    • Full payment must have been made
    • The original purchaser must retain proof of purchase
    • The worktop must not be altered by third parties after installation

What is Not Covered

  • Accidental damage after installation
  • Chips, scratches or cracks caused by external impact
  • Damage caused by excessive heat or thermal shock
  • Structural or cabinet movement
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect or improper cleaning products
  • Damage caused by third-party modifications or alterations
  • Plumbing, electrical or building works
  • Excessive weight or unsupported areas
  • Settlement or movement of walls, flooring or units
  • Damage caused by appliances or further construction works
  • Natural characteristics of stone including colour, veining and texture variation
  • Joint or seam visibility relating to material characteristics
  • Cosmetic concerns after slab approval
  • Outdoor use unless specifically agreed
  • UV-related discolouration where materials are unsuitable for external use

25 Year Quartz Warranty

Creative Quartz & Granite branded quartz surfaces supplied and installed by us include a 25 Year Warranty covering proven manufacturing defects under normal residential use. Our quartz surfaces are manufactured for long-term durability, combining performance, practicality and timeless design.

What is Covered

✓ Material faults affecting performance and usability

✓ Manufacturing defects within the slab material

✓ Structural integrity of the slab under normal residential use

Warranty Conditions

To maintain warranty validity, all surfaces must be properly maintained in accordance with our care and maintenance recommendations.

  • Installation must have been completed by Creative Quartz & Granite Ltd
  • The surfaces must be fully paid for
  • Proof of purchase and invoice must be retained
  • The worktops must remain in their original installed location
  • The material must be used only for its intended application

What is Not Covered

  • Impact damage caused by heavy objects
  • Standing, sitting or applying excessive weight to surfaces
  • Misuse, abuse or neglect
  • Damage caused by excessive heat or thermal shock
  • Damage caused by bleach, solvents, oven cleaners or harsh chemicals
  • Damage caused by improper cleaning products
  • UV exposure or weather-related damage unless approved for outdoor use
  • Improper installation or unsupported cabinetry
  • Plumbing, electrical or structural modifications
  • Removal, replacement or reinstallation costs
  • Damage resulting from third-party construction works
  • Normal wear and tear over time
  • Chips, scratches or cracks caused after installation
  • Natural variation in colour, veining, movement or texture
  • Variations between samples and full slabs
  • Joint or seam visibility
  • Slight variations in slab thickness
  • Customer dissatisfaction relating to colour, pattern or design selection after installation
